Good Vibes Policy

Archive events are built on community, music, creativity & care.

Everyone attending, performing, working or volunteering at an Archive event plays a part in creating a space that is safe, inclusive and enjoyable for all.

We have zero tolerance for behaviour that makes others feel unsafe, disrespected or unwelcome.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unwanted sexual attention, touching or advances

  • Excessive intoxication that impacts others’ safety or enjoyment

  • Intimidation, bullying or threatening behaviour

  • Harassment, discrimination, prejudice or abuse of any kind

  • Violence or damage to people, property or the site.

If you behave contrary to this policy, Archive events are not for you. As a small community, we need to look out for each other, this means:

  • Respecting personal space and consent at all times

  • Being mindful of how your words and actions affect others

  • Supporting your mates, strangers, performers and workers

  • Checking in if someone looks uncomfortable or unsafe.

If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this Policy:

  • We encourage our community to look out for one another, this can sometimes be through a quiet word or firmly but politely letting them know that their behaviour is not appropriate. Usually a person will realise and adjust their behaviour accordingly.

  • If you do not feel comfortable approaching someone who is behaving against this Policy, or you would like support in another way, please let any of the Archive event staff know.

Archive organisers and volunteers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is not aligned with this Good Vibes Policy, no warnings are required, no refunds will be given. If you’ve misbehaved at an event in the past, don’t expect to be allowed back.

Come with good intentions.

Leave with good memories.

Look after one another.
